TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALES

All material offered is guaranteed authentic and free from defects unless otherwise indicated.
The lots are described in good faith and with the utmost care. The company Filatelia due torri S.a.s.
assumes full responsibility towards the buyers of the material it sells in its own name and on behalf of third parties,
from which it received a regular sales mandate.
The material offered is reproduced photographically. Photography is an integral part of
description. Complaints regarding centering, margining and. will not be accepted
characteristics of the stamps (such as heaviness of cancellations, etc.). The material offered is
authentic, first choice and free from even hidden defects, unless otherwise clearly specified.
The sales prices are expressed in euros.
The sales price will be increased by a 15% commission including VAT. In case of
shipping within Italian territory, with tracked shipping and weighing less than 350 gr., the price
will be increased by a fixed flat-rate contribution of 8 euros. When shipping to countries
foreign countries the contribution is quantified at 15 euros. For each shipment exceeding 350 gr. The society
reserves the right to quantify the shipping fee differently. No shipments are made
on delivery. The buyer has the option of collecting the lot on site: in this case they will not be available
shipping costs added.
All the material offered has been carefully examined by our experts. The specimens of
greater value are signed by the most famous Italian philatelic experts and in numerous cases accompanied by

To purchase the lots, proceed according to the methods indicated in the online procedure: not
Orders not complete with all required data may be accepted. Confirmation of purchase
will be made via e-mail and shipping after payment has been made.

Any payment extensions must be requested before proceeding with the purchase
will be willingly granted and agreed with the Company.
Any purchase on the Site presupposes automatic acceptance of all the Conditions
Sale and Privacy Policy.


Any complaints must be received within 15 days of shipment, but strictly not
more than 30 days from the date of sale. Complaints will be taken into consideration only in case
which, in the opinion of two well-known experts, the lot was not original or had hidden defects
described, or was substantially different from our description.


Complaints cannot be accepted for the following lots:
a) collections and accumulations of all kinds;
b) lots consisting of stamps described as defective, of mixed quality or “to be examined”;
c) lots made up of stamps with an estimated value of less than 10% of the catalog price.
For any dispute the competent court is that of Bologna.
